I've also included the ability to add rounded corners to them as well. As usual, those accustomed to viewing the web with IE7 and 8 will not see rounded corners. However, the folks in Redmond are making progress and those with IE9 will see the rounded corners.
All themes don't automatically let you add background images but with a bit of CSS, we can make most of the cooperate. In fact, this theme does not normally display this way. El Presidente is always here to answer your questions and help you work with his stacks!

And please note that these nest together. You are looking at a red ElTint-o inside a White El Tint-o. Sweet!

Options galore
I had some room left over down here so I thought I'd better show off a black background. The choice of colors and opacity will all depend on the background image your page contains and your personal sense of style.
